I have done this diet several times, and it works. However, as with most quick diets, the weight came back on with time. You cannot do this diet without instructions. Get the instructions from Intermountain hcg site.Unfortunately for me, I lost quite a bit of hair from doing this diet. It is one of the side effects for some people.

I’ve used inter mountain HCG drops that contain the actual HCG that is part of the HCG diet and they do work. It is not an intermountain diet it is called the hCG diet and should be followed strictly, with doctor approval & after reading the book called Pounds and Inches.
