Works great!
This little machine is excellent! It gives a wonderful amount of heat and stir that regularly helps me with my aches, especially after a hard workout. I highly recommend this item

Life Changing
This is one of my favorite things I own. If you have chronic pain, this is life changing. I love that it is without wires, so you can move around once you feel better. The adhesive sticks well to your skin but also peels off / resticks without issue. It also gets hot enough to soothe your aches (my biggest concern). The battery life is good. It's super portable, too. I love this product so much I've talked several others into getting thier own. Though, you could always share with someone else since it comes with more than one patch (and the replacement/extra patches are pretty cheap).

Genius product
I own several Hyperice devices, including the Venom 2 Back. So at first was skeptical of how hot this could get since it's super small — but was surprised it actually heats up fast and gets hot — almost too hot. I use it on the middle heat setting with the first vibration pattern for 10-15 minutes on the spot that needs relief.Speaking of spot relief, the sticky pad works well and stays on unless I'm sweaty or just took a shower. I've only used one pad so far and it still works very well. They say it can last up to 50 uses, though I'm not sure it can make it that far — maybe if I'm super careful not to get the pad dirty. The strength of this device though is that it can be placed in hard-to-reach areas and controlled from the app they provide. I can adjust everything from the heat level, vibration pattern, length of session, straight from my phone. Love that. Also that it can be worn discretely under most reasonably fitting clothing (not spandex pants, obv.). Looks like you can use multiple devices at once, too, although how many people will own more than one? Nice feature if you can make use of it, though.Overall, highly recommend for anyone who needs spot relief on specific areas of the body, back, legs, arms, chest, etc.

Quit working
At first it worked great but before the return period was over it quit. I put in for exchange and they sent it to the wrong address. When I finally received the replacement, I charged it and then put it on but it lasted 5 seconds and wouldn’t work after. So I got a refund

Not a massager
This device only heats and vibrates. It doesn’t massage. Easy to use and well built

Great design, lacking QC, mostly frustrating experience
I am a fan of Hyperice! I have the Hypervolt Plus, and recently purchased the newest Hypervolt 2 Pro. That will be a totally differnt review than this.I purchased the Venom GO mostly because I like the idea of targeted relief that can support all of my family members with recovering from various bumps and bruise from the activities of daily living.Initially, like all their products, the packaging is on point, very secure, and nicely styled. After opening, and sorting through the QS Guide, and downloading the manual - and registering the product - which didn't take as long as the initial 3 hour charge needed to use it. Once it was ready to go, I tore open a pad - connected as instructed and NOTHING. didn't work - so I went through the paces again - and still no go. I found a thread saying that sometimes the pads are DOA - so I tore open another - still nothing. reached ot to Hyperice CS - the troubleshooting did nothing but teach me that the pads are mostly junk. You get three that are supposed to last for 20+ bouts of use, I ordered an additional "go pack" so that I'd have a case and extra pads so I would have to worry about it later. Well, it wasn't until I tore into the extra pack that I got one that worked. SO, if a person only used what came with the product, I imagine some very unhappy experiences. So, I know those can be replaced, and not too expensive - so let's get on with the function... okay, the heat this little device puts out is pretty impressive... however, the "massage" feature is total cheese. I don't see how it could have ANY therapuetic effect at all. I wasn't expecting the percussion like power of the Hypervolt, but should feel more potent than my 1990's Motorola pager. Very underwhelmed with that feature.Overall, for the price point - this product doesn't meet my expectations - bad QC on the pads, a massage feature that is pretty much pointless, and a good bit of time wasted on a product I really wanted to love. I am hoping future itterations are better... and cheaper.

Great little device
The Hyperice customer service via chat was great. Was very knowledgeable as he had one Answered all of my questions, and even got a email copy of our conversation. So far the venom go has been great. I’ve used it about 15 times and it really helps relax the muscle. The battery lasts for a little less than an hour but you can make it last a little longer depending on the heat and vibration combination picked. It takes about 2.5 hours to recharge. It has 3 different vibration cycles and 3 heat levels. Heats up immediately and gets nice and warm. The entire 5”X3.5” pad heats up vibrates. The vibration is amazingly strong for its size. The replacement pads are a bit pricey at about $10 each bought in a pack of 3. Wish the venom go was less expensive as I would consider buying another one.
