I have suffered from severe insomnia since my early 20s and have tried everything under the sun just to get a moments reprieve. I stumbled across this brand by accident when I was looking for a different one that had been recommended. Since I had purchased it, I thought what did I have to lose by trying it out. The size is phenomenal with 275 pills per each bottle at a similar price point giving you more bang for your buck. As a sleep aid it is fairly effective and I get more rest with it than without. Would I like to sleep a full night? Absolutely! But I’ll take what I can get, and this sleep aid gives me the best chance at getting some rest.

i went threw alot of scripts for years. unlike scripts you dont wake up in living room 4 hours later after you go to bed in a different room. you can take these and get a good night sleep without the amnesia. and another nice thing is if an emergency happens after you take these your still in a right mind to get ahold of the situation. I have been taking these for the past 2 years and i may have had to add 1 more a night after taking them for so long but i will never go back to those harsh sleep meds. all though I did notice after 2 years if I don't take them I don't get very good sleep. so in my opinion they say not addicting and although no withdrawals if you take them for a long time you DO get dependent on them.

This is a good sleep aid. I like to try different brands to switch it up and so my body doesn't get used to one brand and the effects lessen and don't work as well. These worked well and didn't cause any grogginess in the morning when waking up after using these. These are the gel capsules and not the pill form, which I prefer and think are better in performance. These did exactly what they were intended for. Now usually the gel capsules don't have any taste to them, but these did have a little bit of a weird taste when I put them in my mouth, but that immediately went away once I took a swig of water to swallow the pills. The taste was like what the gel in them tastes like- I once had a capsule pop/leak out in my mouth before swallowing (don't worry, not these ones) so they have a very specific taste- so possibly some gel might have been some of the residue on the outside of the capsules. Ive ordered this brand before and that taste wasn't there so I'm thinking it's just a one off. Other than that one little quirk, these are great.

I started to have to use over the counter sleeping aids for the last couple of years. These sleep gel capsules work better than any I've found. My girlfriend sometimes takes them but she only has to take 1.

I have been using these for months. They help me sleep so well. I am a light sleeper, and these knock me right out.

The first night I took this sleeping aid I was hoping I'd watch a little TV in bed and I'd drop off. Which would have been delightful. The hours passed with me periodically watching the clock. I tossed all night. I stayed up entire following day and wanting to give it another try I went ahead and took another pill. I figured that maybe the night before was an isolated incident. No, it was not. I dont think I am a candidate for the ingredients in this sleep aid. Last night I took nothing and I suppose I was just exhausted and slept fairly desent. I don't want to say it's no good I just want to say that this OTC medicine for sleep is not for everyone. It would have been a good price. Easy to swallow. No bad taste. For me it was a total waste
