Low profile, no need for suction cups or marks on my windows. I love it. I had a suction cup mount that worked OK, and I liked how it gave me flexibility to place the phone wherever I wanted, but this is a better long-term option. My suction cup mount broke and kept leaving marks all over the window. None of that's a problem anymore.It fits my LG V20 nicely, too. The jaw rubber is notched for multiple mount angles to reduce glare.You can mount the phone so the buttons are easy to reach, too.I question the instruction card though (see picture)... it's poorly written and says not to leave this thing in the sun... uh, how's that work? It's under my windshield!

AhhhhhHHHH my dumb butt bought this for my 2008 Honda Civic without realizing that it blocks vital information on my dashboard. No other place to mount it. There is room to readjust so I could possibly make it work IF I didn't also have an AUX cable and/or charging cable. My car doesn't have bluetooth and I don't care to get a transmitter since that doesn't solve the problem of a charging cable looping over my steering wheel. Also didn't realize how important portrait mode is for me while driving... All in all it's my fault and I would've returned it if it didn't cost almost the same as the actual product (even though I thought it was Prime when I bought it??).

This is our second time purchasing one of these.I had gotten myself one for my Camry and my husband liked it so much I got him this one that was a few dollar cheaper.They are both the same thing but different brands.Both work great. With this, I saved a few bucks :)Setup was easy.It slid on easily and the rubber padding inside of the holder makes it cushioned enough that it is not leaving any marks.This holds the phone where I don't need to look away from the road while using GPS.It is low enough that it doesn't interfere with my vision out the window.Sturdy and functional.Would recommend.

This was the 3rd car mount I bought and I was really starting to get discouraged, as one after the other claimed to fit my iPhone 7Plus, but didn't without removing the case. I don't want to have to remove my case each time I get in the car. Thats super inconvenient. Another mount I bought left a horrible adhesive "scar" on the dash of my $30K car! :(This mount is so easy, installs in literally a few seconds with no tools, and fits my iPhone &Plus WITH the case on it. Its a genius design and I hope the person who invented this makes a jillion bucks.

This is a Excellent phone holder, it is small and discreet enough to leave in place when not in use and grips onto the dash snugly so it doesnt shift when i turn.Now as far as travel this is a handy addition makeing it alot easier to use google maps or play music without the distraction of turning away from the road to your smartphone, since now they are essential in the same direction.

Holds phone really good, but can not attach to dashboard. It just slides of from dashboard. I tried on Acura and Chrysler Passifica and didnt work on any of them. Just waste of money at this point. Will not return, cause it will take too long for credit and just dont have time. Will be just giving friends, I hope somebody can find use for it...and delivery took 8-9 days, too slow

Holds the phone pretty sturdy, has popped out a few times. Note5 in otter box, just for reference. It's pretty universal mounting but depending on your car may not be in a good spot. Could be obstructive to your driving view if using for gps. Not great, but not bad. If I could take back the purchase I would but don't care enough to return it. At least it is easier to move from vehicle to vehicle than most suction cup mounts because they typically have adhesive on the cups these days as well.

Bought for an overseas trip hoping the rental will be compatible. It was, but the rubber padding was starting to come off after a week before actually taking it on a trip. The instructions do say to not leave it in the hot sun. While it wasn't summer in Texas, it was early October so it's not like it was 100 degrees either. It works for what it is, but you may need to remove it from your dash when not in use.
