Update 12.26.18: Saved my screen. EXCELLENT customer service.
Update 12.26.28 The screen protector saved my phone once again.I just tripped and fell, while holding my phone. I landed on my hands, outstretched, with my phone underneath my left hand, taking my full weight. The phone case (Spigen) protected my phone from being broken in half, and the screen protector, without a doubt, saved my screen from being shattered. I thank you, again, very muchUpdate 10.31.18I dropped my phone again, hitting the side, curved part of the screen, where it meets the case. The screen protector cracked, saving my screen, and Otao, once again, responded promptly. They are sending another replacement at no charge.Additional Review - I recently purchased a second screen protector. A few days ago, I dropped my phone a few feet onto a chair. The screen protector took a direct, side-angled hit (at the edge, just where the screen protector met my Spigen case), and, though it cracked, it saved my screen. Not only that, after I emailed the company explaining what happened, they replied very promptly and sent a replacement.Separately, beware of possible fake reviews. When looking at product reviews, click on "verified purchase" and note the difference in the total number of reviews. I have seen some go from the hundreds to just a few, which were not favorable.--------------------------------------------------------------------Best yet.The plastic frame/guide makes application very easy, quick, accurate and virtually foolproof. The screen protector adheres well to the phone. So far, no bubbles, movement or shifting of the protector. It is crystal clear and has a nice feel, slick to the touch, with good touch-response from the keyboard.Because the screen protector is a bit smaller than the actual size of the screen, my Spigen case does not raise the edges of the screen protector, as was the case with my previous, gel-type screen protector. Also, even though this protector doesn't cover the whole screen, it doesn't materially impact viewing. We'll see if the adhesive holds and how the protector does after the first fall or scratch.Update: After about 6 weeks, still good as new. Cleans easily, too.

Easy install with the installation tool.
This is my second Glass Screen Protector within 1 month. The first one is of a different brand. A two-feet drop on my bathroom cracked and popped the screen protector. it was a low drop and the case was not even marked. The phone was not damage. The nature of glass is the harder it is the more brittle it would be. I have no problem that glass protector cracked. I rather have the screen protector crack than the phone screen. I have nothing against that protector but I ordered this OTAO brand to see if this would fare better. While there are a lot of Glass Screen Protectors for Samsung S8+ for sale on Amazon, selecting one was actually not easy. Some with lots of 5-Star Reviews are bogus. There would have a few hundred 5-Star Reviews but with no Verified Purchase or the Verified Purchase reviews are all one star. Some temper glass screen protector advertises as 9H hardness. Do not believe this claim. This type of temper glass should be about 6 to 7 at best on the Mohs scale. Most case friendly glass screen protector would fit small and leaves a small gap along all four edges. This is done to not have the lip of the case resting on the glass protector. Some also claim that they are finger print resistant. This OTAO one actually is a little better than my first one. After spending time research Glass Screen Protector for so long, my conclusion is that they are mostly the same. They all fit small to allow a case installation. Most claim 9H hardness which is a gimmick. Most are reflective unless it specified that it has a matt finish. If it is clear, it would be reflective. I only have used 2 Glass Screen Protectors but this OTAO does seem to be more fingerprint resistant. What makes this OTAO better is that this includes an installation tool, which is a frame to center the Glass Screen Protector on the phone screen. This saves a lot of time. Make sure that to press the center of the Glass Screen Protector down first and work towards the edges as if you are installing a film to prevent bubbles. By doing so, you would reduce the chances of an air gap in between. This would provide a better response and you would not be flexing the Glass Screen Protector which could cause it to crack much like flexing a paper clip to break it. For the first few days, apply pressure to the edges of the screen to eliminate any popping sound of the Glass Screen Protector. The popping sound should go away after a while. If the popping sound does not go away, that meant the Glass Screen Protector was not installed and seated correctly.I use the Screen Protector mainly to prevent nicks and dings on my phone screen. I could have use a film product but it would take too much time for me to install without any bubbles. I do expect a Glass Screen Protector to break when dropped. As long as the protector breaks not the phone screen I am fine with that. I rate this 5-stars for the ease of installation and the fit.
