Great and elegant option for apartment kitchen
Love this water dispenser. We were shocked at how expensive water coolers could be so we liked the price of this one compared to others on the market. Totally works with our five gallon jug. We moved this to our countertop because it is so compact. My wife loves the color - the free one we got from the water company was big and bulky, this one is elegant kinda looks like an old school ipod haha! The hot and cold water works great. It’s not a ton of water pressure but works perfectly for us for daily use and for preparing stuff in the kitchen. Definitely recommend, totally meets our needs, saved us a lot of space, and looks nice to boot.

The media could not be loaded. It’s ok.the hot side pours just fine but the cold side barely trickles.you would have to wait for a half hour just to get a glass of water. My suggestion is turn off the hot water and use that sideUpdate! I changed it to 5 stars because it now works as it should. The water is fine and cold enough!! Great product

It flooded the room instantly.
It looks great and it is small and it is lightweight. The price is very good.Unfortunately it flooded the room right away as the bottom doesn't seal.The customer service is excellent, and I was able to get a refund right away. They offered a replacement but I don't have the courage to try again.

It works well

Great for the price
Takes a while to cool the water and even so it doesn’t really get cold, just cooler than room temp. Also the water comes out pretty slowly. Not like a big floor standing water cooler. Kind of trickles out. Overall though it does the trick and it was cheap.

Good cooler!
This cooler is light weight but it has the hot water smoking hot and the cold water cold! The cooler makes a little noise when cooling the water and warming it up when the light comes on! Over all a decent water cooler for the price! My elderly parents love this water cooler!

Tastes like plastic
Maybe the plastic taste will go away, although I did run vinegar water through this before use. Otherwise, it's a nice machine; compact, easy to set up, and the hot water gets really hot.The water flows a bit slowly compared to the rented dispenser I had, but this is not a big deal.
