BEST Zester I've used

This is a knuckle. Scraper. Use with care or you'll have skin in your shavings.User error. Otherwise a good tool.

Bad for a lemon twist
We wanted this tool to make martini lemon twists. The blade is too small and not sharp enough to cut the twist out
