Bought this for my dad. He liked it.

I didn’t know this existed and was excited to get extra practice with this supplement to the book. If you want to remember and really understand what you are reading, I’d definitely recommend.

It was nice to see I could get a workbook to assist me to go through Silva with a physical writtem system at the simple price of 5 bucks but it seems a bit simple. Id love to give 5 stars but overall I think it could have had a little bit more depth but dang near a 5 star

Good book that reviews the genius of Jose Silva who accidentally learned how to maximize the power of the brain to get what you want out of life. He trained his children to learn better, faster, and with greater understanding.This is a good investment for someone who wants to grow, succeed, make dreams come true.

This is not "the" book but a workbook to write down and use the methods...
