The media could not be loaded.  The kids are loving this disco light.... as you can hear and see in the videos and pictures! They've been begging us for one of these and I'm glad I went with this one. The light arrived brand new in a little cardboard box. I mounted the included bracket with some included twist in screws. The bracket allows you to set the light up at an angle as I'm showing in the picture. You can also mount it to the ceiling or on the wall, but we didn't need to do all that. The remote works very well from across the room. The remote came with the required battery, a little piece of plastic was needing to be removed from the remote to keep the battery from dying during transit. All of the options and settings work very well.The music setting works well enough for me to set my phone next to the disco light. My phone, while playing music, will then make the disco light flash to the beat of the music.The light is powered by regular 110 volt. The cord is not very long. If you needed to get this light over 4 feet away from an electric outlet you would need an extension cord.The light is well-made. Feeling it over you don't feel any loose parts or anything falling apart. All you hear while the motor is running to turn the lights is a very quiet and low frequency humming noise.If anything ever changes with this disco light I will update this review. The media could not be loaded.  I guest who stopped over while I was placing with my new party light put it quite well, this is a party in a box! The lighting is bright and vibrant and there are some really cool effects. It is controlled via a small remote control with many different presets. The coverage is a pretty good in a medium sized room, if you have a large room you might want to get two and it would look pretty cool having the two converge together. Kids seem to love this 'party in a box' and want to steal it to go to sleep. I attached some pictures and videos to get an idea of how it is in the real world.My only complaint would be that the base of the ball isnt wide enough so it seems to end up on the floor every other day. However, for the price I won't subtract any stars.

This light was perfect - it was just asz described and it was exactly what I was looking for. Except that it stopped working within 1 week. The lights still come on, but it won't move. And the audio feature really never did respond very well to music, but that's probably because the music has to be turned on kind of loud. Either way, it hasn't been moved from where I installed it, but something is wrong with the hardware, which sucks, because it was also time-sensitive in terms of the purpose of had wanted it primarily for; it stopped working the day of.

The media could not be loaded.  Seems the Christmas come early to our home with these amazing lights.This is a varsatile product and it can be used for multiple purpose.I ordered this product to decorate my home (front side) and it solved the purpose.This is better for party and your kids dance parties.We are very happy with Alviller party lights.

This disco ball isn't bad... the remote works fine and has speed and reasonable pattern adjustment, though I wish the "flash" was faster. The sound activation works well, though the sensitivity is not that good. However, the "5 colors" is a white led, a purple led, and a RGB chip controlled as 3 channels. The difference in LED style means the pattern rotation isn't as smooth as in other units. I'd reccomend a traditional 3 color model over this style.

Awesome product! Totally user friendly for the parents (purchased for my nephews, ages 1, 2, and 4) The boys love the light show, and the parents like the ability to turn it off with the remote. Very user friendly, small and compact, but will light up an entire room! The ability to change the settings is incredibly helpful! Made a great gift!

The media could not be loaded.  I love that my daughter can use this anywhere in the house and the lights pulsate with any music, which for us is google mini speakers. She can pick any music and song, unlike those kid karaoke machines. Can't beat the price and the remote already has the batteries!
