I just installed it. It fits fine and was about 50% charged upon arrival.The reason I'm posting this is to let people who rarely work on their computers know the little latch for the trackpad cable is fragile - mine came off and I broke it trying to put it back. I was able to make it work (so far) without the latch but be gentle.The problem was NOT with the battery, which is perfect so far. If it ends up not holding a charge as expected I will post an update.I used the included screwdrivers and they worked. A convenient add-in.

This battery works just fine. It is being put into an older computer that wasn't the longest lasting battery life when new, but this one works as well as the original. Only time will tell if it last as long as the original. We are encouraged to submit a review when something like this hasn't been tested long enough to evaluate how long it will last. I have only used this battery for a few days.

I needed to replace a laptop battery and called my local store, where I originally purchased the laptop about 4 years ago. I was told the new battery could be anywhere from $25 to $200, but the clerk suggested I check Amazon. This battery was not only on the lowest end of the price scale, but it was delivered in two days! Easy to install. I'm very pleased.

Replaced my existing Asus laptop battery which was no longer holding any charge with this one. Didn't even hook it up to AC power. Just push the "on" button and it booted right up. The battery came with about 50%.Since then, I have had no issues out of it. Works like a charm, and pretty easy to install myself. Took about 30 minutes.

Installed and works fine. Will only charge to 28 Wh when advertised full capacity is 33Wh. Not sure if that means battery is not new.

Installed and working, so far all good, loading normally as the original. I hope it continues to work like this for a good time.

The battery sustains on it's own where as before, I had to be plugged in to operate my laptop as the battery stopped charging. It was exactly what I wanted, and installation was easy with youtube videos.

Perfect replacement for my Asus laptop battery that would no longer hold a charge. Easy to install and works well. Seems to be as long lasting as the original was when I first bought the computer.
