The last table you'll ever have to buy
I had been grooming our 3 small dogs on a regular old square card table and decided to get a grooming table. I'm glad I did because this helped cut my grooming time in half. The harness that comes with the table is just a neck harness, so I did purchase a no-sit harness Top Performance Adjustable Nylon Table Harnesses - Versatile Nylon Harnesses to Safely Secure Dogs on Tabletops While Grooming, 27" to keep them from wanting to sit.The rack underneath holds my 4 clippers, combs, ect, and keeps them in easy reach without tangling of the cords. This table is not heavy, but it is not lite either (30lb give or take). It is very steady and stable which gives your dog a secure feeling. The table itself is of stainless steel construction with a nice textured rubber matting on top. The grooming arm that mounts to the table is powder coated and the extension arm is either stainless or chromed steel... Hard to tell which. The rack that fits underneath is also powder coated, so there is very little if anything that can rust on this setup. If you are in the market for a grooming table for small to medium dogs, I would recommend this one. You can find cheaper tables, but they won't be stainless steel and won't have the basket rack underneath. No rack underneath would be a deal breaker.Simply put, this is the last table you'll ever have to buy. Extremely well built!
We bought this grooming table to groom our 5lb Yorkie. He is hard to control and this table, on it maiden voyage, was a complete success! But first let me say this: This company takes pride in their product. And when we got it via UPS it was packaged to go around the world. Very tightly packaged to prevent damage. A+.. This table was brand new. I unpacked this table and it became very apparent that this is not a dime store item. It is very sturdy and made from high end and sturdy materials. A+.. After unpacking and setting it up we washed our Yorkie and were set to grooming him. WORKED MARVELOUSLY. He didnt struggle around. The surface material is made of a special rubber type material. No slipping. The lanyards were very adjustable to his size. I recommend sizing the table to your dog before going through the wash and grooming of your pooch. That way its set to go. Product quality is top notch. A+. Most importantly our little guy had less stress. He was comfortable and not struggling as much. Especially for a 1 year old Yorkie. Kudos to Flying Pig for making an amazing product and packaging it for delivery. I would absolutely refer this product to my friends and family.

Well Built - GREAT Customer Service
I read a lot of reviews on grooming tables and finally decided that it would be worth it to get this table based on the positive reviews. The table exceeded my expectations. I was most concerned about the way the legs are mounted to the bottom of the table. The brackets that attach the legs to the bottom of the table have quite a few screws, so I am confident that the legs won't pull away. The arm that holds the nooses is substantial and has 3 different positions to attach the nooses. Speaking of nooses, the photo only shows one. I was very pleased to find that it actually includes two - one to go around the dog's neck and one to go under her belly. The rack is also quite substantial - I did not expect it to be as heavy as it is. I put my flying pig dryer on the rack and it holds it just fine. The table was a little wobbly (one leg longer or shorter than the others) and I contacted Flying Pig by email. They responded to the email in less than an hour. Then they followed up with 2 phone calls to let me know they are sending adjustable feet for the table! They encouraged me to contact them if I have any questions or problems with the table, even beyond the one year warranty. Their customer service could not be better.I am very satisfied with the table and would definitely purchase it again.

Excellent value, and customer service was superb
The Flying Pig Small Grooming Table is a well-built, stable platform for grooming our Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie). Since this breed is sensitive to pretty much any microscopic bump or movement, this is exactly what we needed. The shelf underneath holds our grooming supplies. It removes easily to allow folding and storing the table. The table arrived with a defective clamp for the grooming arm. The nut that holds the retaining bolt was misaligned when it was welded onto the table. I contacted the manufacturer, who responded promptly and sent an entire new grooming arm assembly via FedEx. I could not have asked for better customer service from Flying Pig, and I commend them for standing behind their product. This table is an excellent value for what we received.

I really hesitated, but I shouldn't have
We're grooming our mini poodle puppy at home, and he's outgrown the piano bench we used to use as a grooming table. Boy, I really did not want to spend the money and have one more folding thing to take up space in our already crowded house. How foolish I was. This is absolutely indispensable for grooming even a small dog. The 32" surface is plenty large for our mini poodle and he's comfortable with the surface,* which is hard with embossed small bone shapes to help keep him from sliding around. I like that the surface is hard, because that makes it easy to clean and disinfect. It folds down to a surprisingly compact flatness, so it can be slipped easily into tight spaces.Don't be like me and get lost in a maze of reviews and confusing comparisons, and sit around wondering whether this is a good table, and whether it's worth getting a table at all because maybe you can just use the dining room table or whatever. Just get this.*And one more tip: Reward your dog handsomely and immediately the moment it's up on the table. (And of course while you're grooming them, too.) They'll soon be wagging their tails eagerly when they see you unfold the table. My dog literally begs to get up on it, treat-hog that he is.
