Frame Works Well, BUT Definitely Try it out, if it's going to be a Gift. Experience with it, will go a LONG way.
I like the product, but the product's firmware, app, and instructions have A LOT to be desired, for the average user. The frame itself, works well, once you jump through a few hoops, during setup. If you're getting one of these, for a gift, I HIGHLY recommend testing it, and trying the app, BEFORE you send it. It will go a LONG way, to gain some experience with it, before you have to help some one with it, over the phone.First off, the frame WILL NOT see a hidden WiFi network. If you have your network setup, like mine, to "not broadcast" the SSID, the frame WILL NOT see it, and will NOT give you the option to manually enter any WiFi network information. I also tried broadcasting my network, then setting up the frame, and then disabling broadcast, again, on my network, and the frame still will NOT JOIN the network. So, keep this in mind...your WiFi network MUST broadcast the SSID of the network, or the Frame WON'T see it; probably won't effect 99% of the average users, out there. Hopefully, this will be addressed in a later (sooner) firmware update; none available, as far as I could see, so far.Secondly, the APP has a hard time finding all of your pictures, on your phone. If you have trouble finding certain pictures, on your phone, through the Frame APP itself, you CAN use your gallery APP directly, from your phone. Go to your picture gallery, on your phone, select the picture that you want to send to the Frame, and use the "share option", from your gallery APP. Luckily, the APP developers utilized the phone's "share feature", to allow other APPs to send images, to the Frame APP. Once you share a gallery picture to the Frame APP, the shared image will be "in queue", in the Frame APP, to send to a Frame. On a lighter note, what looks like a WiFi Antenna, that came with the Frame, is actually a foot peg, for the Frame. The "peg" screws into the hole, on the back of the Frame, so that you can rest it in a Portrait, or Landscape orientation, on a surface. The "lock, unlock" icons, near the hole, kind of threw me, for a second. The instructions don't mention what the part is for, and most people will probably figure it out, but thought I'd post it here, to make it easier, for anyone "wondering what the antenna is for".

Won't Display Continuously
This is just not user friendly. Bought it for my mom as a gift. I set it up for her but it won't keep a picture on the frame and keeps shutting off. I would want it to stay on a picture or have a continuous slide show while sitting on the shelf with the other pictures she displays. But it only seems to work when we are actively selecting pictures. And then it shuts off. Very disappointing.

Fun home accessory!
I received the Wi-Fi Picture Frame as a gift and liked it so much I bought one for my parents as a gift. Setup was easy. Sending photos using my iPhone was easy and fairly stable. Every so often the Frame did not receive all the photos, so I sent the missing ones again. I love walking through the room and seeing the photos streaming!

I want to start out by saying I'm always very skeptical of bad product reviews and assume more often than not it's a user error problem. This is not one of those reviews. If this was a review of just the frame I would give it 4-5 stars. It's a very good looking photo frame. The problem begins and ends with the app. It was very easy pairing my iphone to the wifi frame, but when I went to select photos to upload, it only showed me 7 photos. I deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, paired the device again and went to upload photos...this time it only showed me 1 photo. This frame is worthless to me without the ability to wirelessly upload photos because I bought it as a Father's day gift for my dad to get photos of his new grandson.iCozy should have chosen a different company to outsource their app to.

Setting up the frame
I have tried on several phones, both Android and Apple. The ID and password on the frame will not work. Emailed the customer support and called. The response email just gave me the set up information included with the frame, even though I specifically stated the problem. When I called, I was sent to voicemail, left a message but have not received a response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother but I cannot get it to work. Its almost as if the ID and password included with the frame is incorrect. I would not recommend this product and unless I can get customer support, I will be returning it.

Won’t connect even though I have a login and password
Do not buy this product. It is not user friendly and you can not reach the vendor directly. You have to talk to them via email. I can not connect to my iPhone and this is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother. Now she does but have a gift. Luckily amazon is trying to help me thank goodness but this is probably going to be returned

Won’t connect to phone app
Product will not connect to my phone to accept pictures. I have downloaded the app and typed in the supplied ID and password, and I get an error message. I’ve emailed the company and tried calling many times. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, so it’s very frustrating.

Great quality
Great quality of pictures. Very easy to upload pics. We used our phones to take pictures of old photos, cropped and uploaded. They turned out amazing!Do wish you could sort the pictures after upload.
