Pleasantly surprised
Very soft!! Works great with my ResMed full face mask. Will buy again.

NOT a soft material
This product works as it should--it replaced my ResMed, and also would work on my Phillips gel. However, after 15 years of using a Cpap, I have NEVER...NEVER...used a strap that was as stiff, inflexible, and uncomfortable as this one. The material is like sandpaper, does not have any give against the back of my neck, feels like there is velcro against my skin all over the head! It has strong velcro closures, and did not slip or move during the night, but really is uncomfortable when putting on.

Does not compare to Resmed OEM item. Has very little elastic, very stiff. Has to be adjusted weekly due to material stretching.

Poor quality
Strap layers separated almost immediately when separating velcro making headgear unusable. Believe its because the velcro is stronger then the bond between the strap layers.
