Beware of when you drink this!

I decided to do 1 scoop to see how my body would react, The taste is really sour, I was hoping it would be like the lipo flavor (same flavor name) but its oh so sour/bitter!I drank at 330pm, went to the gym by 430pm and by 330AM I was FINALLY able to fall asleep! No bad jitters, but boy was I wide awake and alert!
