OptoLight 10W LED A19 Long-lasting LED Bulb

Delivery was on time, and great product.

Have bought a number of these bulbs from brick & mortar retailer and they just don't last.Use them in recessed family room lights that are on a lot, but bulbs fail in less than a year.Problem is the company will not even acknowledge a "Contact Us" request on their website for a replacement!I've tried a lot of times and never a reply, even though their canned reply says an email reply was sent to me.

Claims 23 years at 3 hours per day is a false claim. I have gone through two, both burned out after just about 6 months. We ran them at night for 6 hours per night. That equates to 11 years.With the old incandescent PARs, they would last a couple years. These OptoLight BR30 lamps are not long lasting and not worth their price.

Bulb blew its top off and wires out while being used in a ceiling light in kitchen. Just out of the blue, no detectable reason. Had used bulb around 2 months--few hours a day; BUT certainly not 23 YEARS. Second bulb shot after a month of use 6 or 8 hours at night. Provided great light while working it just worked a short time.

First bulb failed within 1 year. Second after 13 months. They were advertised as "long lasting" and box said "last 23 years." Joke.
