Good book, poor customer service

The product itself is everything it present itself to be, and more some. Now, the kindle services via app and websites that I use to read, highlight, and take notes. All until, I receive a notification say "Some highlights have been hidden or truncated due to export limits". I contacted Customer Service via computer and phone call hours. Neither help with my situation nor did they ever attempt. Who would've thought for such a small problem to be fixed, I have beg for it to be resolved.
