I bought the toy story Woody bodysuit with the cap for my 12 month which is close to 30 lbs and wears a 18 months. The bodysuit fit perfectly.

Q: My baby is 12 pounds what size would you say would fit her?

Our little one is around the same weight as yours we ordered size 6 months and we were very happy with the fit.
