Must buy
I Love love love this product. It was beyond simple to use. There was enough in each tube to do maybe 2-4 sets. I will say it will depend on how much you use. A little goes a long way. I got a previous gel kit on amazon so i didnt get to test the uv lamp. But the nail clippers are great, great files and buffers. The brush is absolutely amazing. I loved all of it. I also would say there id a 8.99 drill on amazon that made it filing 10x easier. the polygel is easy to file with what they gave . Dont second guess buy it !! So happy with my purchase. The picture was prior to filing the cuticle.

Great quality
Entire kit was well worth the money. First set was a little hard to do as I've never used this before. After doing a second set of nails and more sets it is super easy to use.

Great first polygel kit!
Seems good quality! I already buy the gaoy regular gel polishes and those are my fave. First time using polygel and it was quite hard trying to figure it out but I should be able to get the hang of it with a few more tries. I normally like to do a natural nail look and am not into the designs or long nails look either and for this purpose I found the dual forms to be too curved for a natural nail look. It was too curved that it did not sit flush on my nail bed at all causing this weird “flipped” look on the nail. If you are like me with a more flat nail bed I suggest getting a flatter dual form (I know I will). I also have really small hands and nails and there were enough sizes of the dual forms in the kit to accommodate this which is pretty nice. I usually do my own nails and usually do gel or dip, I found this to have a more difficult learning curve than other types of nail products. My main issue was trying to get the right amount of product in the form - its pretty hard for a first timer! I cured all of the nails and they did look messy but I used a nail drill to make sure to smoothen any rough edges and clean up the work. I also watched a few you tube vids on how to apply poly gel but got nowhere near the application they did on the video (its that difficult). I dont think anyone would get it on their first try. Overall I think it looks like it will last a long time and the look of it looks great! I hate growing out my nails personally so this solves the issue of wanting that lengthened look. Great product HUGE learning curve! Watch vids!!!!

Good for learning and starting out
This summer summer break I wanted to learn how to do nail extensions for fun so I bought this kit. The value is really good, but I would wait for sales because you can get it at a better price. It comes with pretty much all the tools you need to get started (besides acetone polish remover). There aren't any instructions that come with it which can make it confusing for beginners, but there are several tutorials on YouTube, so I caught on quickly. The slip solution isn't great. I would recommend using isopropyl alcohol with a bit of water instead. I'm not sure what it is, but I find that these nails do not last very long (a week tops). I find them lifting and looking crusty within a couple days after of application and I end up peeling them off. It might be the base coat or it could be the gel itself. I don't think the gel is super high quality, but it's good enough if you just want to try it out. The light works well and I haven't had any problems with it. Just make sure you don't have any gel or polish on your skin when using it because it kind of burns. It takes a while to get a good result when you first start, but keep trying and eventually you'll get a nice set. I'm a beginner myself, so I don't think I'm qualified to recommend anything, but I think there are better poly gels and polishes out there.

Uv nails
Very easy to do! Dries very well and fast when you use the light correctly. Doesn't mess up your nail when you take it off. Love the colors and small uv light.

Polygel isn't for beginners
UPDATE:I've now used this exact kit for YEARS. The UV lamp still works well. I've purchased new files, brushes, a nail drill, more tubes of polygel. I've learned a lot from doing them consistently every 3-4 weeks depending on regrowth. Filling them is very easy. The nail drill has cut time exponentially too. These will last weeks and weeks IF you prep the nail bed correctly, DON'T put any on your cuticle, AND don't make them too thin. They won't crack, pop off, lift, break, or budge! I've made all the mistakes, and have learned a lot. With consistency, you really learn what works and what doesn't. Amazing brand too. I've bought nail colors, gels, tools, and everything from this brand. Highly recommend.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Packaging is absolutely beautiful. It came with everything listed in the description. Eventhough I have lots of nail equipment and at home kit experience with gels, acrylics, press ons, and powder dips, I tried to use almost everything it came with to have a more accurate experience of the product. The only thing I replaced was the slip solution. Since the polygel was so thick, 91% alcohol worked best with the brush but not dripping wet. I did this according to YouTube vids. The kit itself did not come with instructions, but youtube has thousands.. i used a nail prep for polygel vid, and several how to polygel vids. I used the nail prep supplies provided in the kit and preferred the kit tools to mine.. they are sturdy and professional. I loved the cuticle pusher the most. The cuticle trimmer was also easy to use. I did an ombre effect but it took HOURS. I mean hours... the ombre effect is very hard with thick gel.. alcohol makes it pliable, but too much makes it watery and extremely messy. The uv lamp works well, and cures it fast. The polygel has beautiful colors. I used light pink, clear and white for the French manicure ombre look. I love the colors included. Nudes, pinks, browns are so beautiful. I also purchased glass nail jars for the alcohol and brush use, lint free squares for cleaning the brush and nails, and the alcohol I got comes in a spray bottle. I use it for prepping my table, natural nails, cleaning utensils and more. This kit is an incredible value. I just did 1 set but these are crazy durable. I'll update it after I've worn them longer. The only thing is that you NEED a nail drill. I did this look without one.. only the black file provided but it took forever!! Also the underside of the nail looks crazy. Filled with hard goops of gel that need to be filled out. I definitely struggled with the amount of gel to use and made them thicker than I would have liked. The nail drill after they were cured was helpful to clean it all up and slim them down. The base coat is nice and viscous. The top coat cures very shiny and hard. Love that! I also already have a uv nail lamp but like the one that came with the kit better. It doesn't burn my hands/cuticles and has more time settings. The cord is short but most lamp cords are. I liked the cuticle oil as well. That was a nice addition. The only thing I didn't love was the dust brush. The bristles are a thick synthetic that is stiff and not great for removing powder. I sprayed my hands with alcohol and used the small brush to clean crevices instead. The small brush and spatula work well. They both got annoyingly sticky throughout the process (operator error), but cleaned up easily. I would definitely recommend this all inclusive kit.
