Matcha bowl Japanese tea cup for tea ceremony, KurohakuryuMacha style

GREAT price. If I bought this in Kyoto it would have been over $100.I think I paid 20US $ And it would have been broken in my luggageInteresting bit of Hagi yaki touch to the lip that makes it smoother. I use it often outside when I don't want to usemy special Matcha bowls.

This is a nice matcha bowl. The quality is good, it's nice and sturdy, and the size is perfect. I enjoy drinking from it. I appreciate the glaze detail on the top, makes it nice to admire as I drink my afternoon tea. Overall I am very pleased.

Sturdy, incredibly beautiful, obviously handmade (in the good way, not the sloppy way). Couldn't love more. Shipped quickly, arrived as advertised. Perfect size for whisking matcha; I use the traditional bamboo whisk - lots of froth and bubbles with this bowl if your matcha is good quality!

The design is simple and beautiful. I use this every day and I have fallen in love with it.
