Touch screen is great; good battery life good quality sound well made and sturdy. I use it with some fairly resource hungry apps and it copes very well. I don't think it would run modern games, its not sold as a gaming laptop. Overall I'm really impressed with it.

I enjoyed this laptop for 3 months until I noticed a hairline crack in the screen. I hadn't done anything to the machine, treated it immaculately as it was the most I've spent on a PC. I should have listened to the other reviews that said the screen was vulnerable. The manufacturer wouldn't honour the warranty or repair it. Very disappointed. It's only the glass and an annoyance that doesn't affect functionality but it's not what you expect from a 3month old machine. I've owned dozens of laptops of other brands and never had this happen. There were also random times the graphics card would go weird and I had blue screens a couple of times too. In the end amazon sorted it out but I wouldn't buy another Huawei.

This is being returned. Spent ages talking to Huawei about a key feature that just didn’t work - basically I own a mateview and this matebook and it should connect via usbc (hence the thunderbolt model). It did not. It did connect hdmi but pointless as I didn’t want that - wanted to charge and use a single cable - and it also worked wirelessly but poor resolution. Was told model is faulty and being returned. Last thing I buy from Huawei ever. This was a key feature I bought it for. Complete waste of money. Back to old 14d until I get something else

I bought this laptop exactly 1 month and two days ago. About 10 days ago it upgraded to Windows 11. Ever since then, none of the apps would open. This evening it stopped booting up, and of course Amazon could not help, and Huawei'scustomer services is closed. I'm hoping they will be able to get it going long enough for me to retrieve my work, and then I want a refund because for a computer to break down after 1 month is not acceptable.

Didn't compelete setup properly, kept rebooting and going into repair mode. Couldn't complete it setup.

Shocking.Poor customer service.Purchased the item directly from huawai, issues with overheating.Software issues.Only purchased 90- days ago.

Everything is great just as advertised, camera quality tho is terrible so you should consider buying an external one for your meeting andthe mic quality is acceptable.The laptop itself is so fast and last long than enough to finish all my stuff outdoor.One thing that may frustrate some people is that the screen is glossy, I honestly love it and enjoy watching movies with it.
