I had horrible shoulder pain to the point where I couldn't sleep at night. I sit at a computer all day for work, which was causing my shoulder pain. I use this now whenever on the computer, and within a week, the pain had almost completely subsided. Also, the exercises/stretches provided with the product have really helped - I've recommended to everyone at work as well as others that I know sit in front of a computer all day. My posture has improved and my shoulder pain has disappeared!

I don't think this is at all worth the money. WAY over rated!

I am a nurse working in critical care and I lift heavy people for a living. I've been having a lot of shoulder pain & upper back pain for about three years now, to the point of where I could not even lift my arms up above my head, put my hair up, wash my hair, take my clothes off at the end of my shift, cross my arms across my body and so much more. I think it was the combination of my job, the physicality of it but also slouching at the computer which it is not ergonomically set up at all. I literally was in so much pain and just laying in my bed I would be in tears and crying because I couldn't even lay on my side or on my back. Honestly I cannot believe I didn't find this product sooner because I can now lift my arms up without any pain. I can do so much more, I can lift people up in bed without being in pain, I can do all the things necessary that I need to do as a nurse. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. I'm just so happy with the relief I have gotten from this and to think a simple product like this would do this for me, it's amazing. And I have spend thousands of dollars on chiropractor visits, massage therapy, acupuncture, orthopedic doctors, steroid injections, cupping, you name it, I have tried it and nothing has relieved my pain better than this. And I only have this for two weeks I wear it for my whole 12 hour shift. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it is a little uncomfortable in the armpit area but everything else is amazing.

I wore this once and only for a few minutes per the instructions. I got the looser band since i am not an athlete or weight lifter. I have arthrtitis in my shoulders and unfortunately wearing the brace for only a few minutes one time triggered the worst back and neck spasm of my life. I am hanging onto this to try again in a while but am worried I will just hurt myself again. It doesnt seem to be doing much when wearing a few minutes but trust me, it must be doing a lot of muscle realignment to cause such pain. Nothing else I did would account for it.

This product is awesome and it truly helps. I am a baseball player (pitcher) and posture is extremely important for any athlete and this does a great job for helping the scap muscles. If you actually do this as it says everyday I promise the results are real.

I returned this product. I ordered based on the size chart but it was too big.

I have bruises around my underarm and shoulders caused by this product.
