It's been working for at least six months now. Speeds are as advertised, confirmed with speedtest.net and tested with fiber internet speeds. My laptop switched over to lan instantly. Rarely, I will have to unplug and replug it after the laptop has been sleeping or hibernating to get it to initialize, but I believe that has more to do the power saving states/features of my laptop not the device. It's a very good buy if you set in one place with your laptop and you've been using wifi, you should get one of these adapters.

This is a reasonable product for a good price. I have ordered several of these. One or two were doa, and I had not checked them on receipt because I bought them as backups, so they were out of warranty.
