I have been taking this brand of multiple magnesium forms in one serving for 3 months now and I didn't notice a difference until I ran out and could not afford to buy any for about 2 months. That's when I noticed my mood had changed pretty drastically and consistently. I was irritable again and I didn't realize it until I was going through my supplements I purchase here on Amazon and looking over this supplement benefits and saw mood and remembered that was one of the reasons I purchased it in the first place. I'm not getting you I am noticing a clear difference in that area. I can't really tell how it affects me in other areas because I take a nerve blocker for a back injury that has disabled me quite a bit, but I do practice yoga and spend about 45 minutes every morning doing asanas so I keep myself fairly limber already. It's the other areas that magnesium benefit me that I am noticing a difference now that I've stopped taking this brand and multiple forms of magnesium. I suppose I should describe myself because I've noticed other people don't do that in many different reviews and it would be so helpful. I am 50 years old and a Caucasian woman. I suppose I'm in perimenopause but haven't really noticed any symptoms yet. I have taken vitamin K2 D3 as well as at least one type of magnesium for several years now as well as a daily multivitamin, which I am changing now to fit my age change and thinning hair. I hope that helps. I highly recommend this brand for those reasons.

I have used this for over a year. I had Bariatric Surgery in 2007. It’s been almost 20 yrs and I still have somewhat malabsorption. It shows in my sleep patterns. So I decided after much research that I will need to up my Magnesium so I can sleep better. It works really well. This have the different types of Mag and helps with other ailments and bodily needs. I think my body has built up a small resistance to this type of product. When I started taking it I would take one capsule at night an hour before bed and now I am up to five. So I need something a bit stronger or maybe a different brand. I will still use this product and will alternate between different brands. Thank you for making this. It has made a difference

I started taking this magnesium because my farmers suggested it because of all the medications I was taking was taking magnesium from me. I have taken it three days in a row and I’m telling you my joints have stopped hurting and I am not near as much pain in my bones as I was before I didn’t realize that some medication’s doctors prescribed to take can take certain vitamins from your body. I am very thankful for my pharmacist and I’m very thankful for them suggesting this vitamin it is absolutely amazing. I recommend to anyone..

So far it’s been working well, no restless leg problems

I've been taking magnesium glycinate for about 12 years. I started realizing it wasn’t really helping with sleep or muscle cramps anymore. I heard a podcast with the owner of Bioptomizer. It has 7 types of magnesium and is supposed to be great for sleep. It took about a week but I’m now sleeping through the night and getting between 8-9 hours!! I take 2 capsules 1.5 hours before bed and I can’t keep my eyes open!! Also I noticed clearer thinking and muscle cramps are gone. I highly recommend!!!

Arrived a day later than promised. Tight seal. Counted capsules, I got 32 instead of 30 so thx! I was torn between ordering from the company or Amazon. Tried Amazon first due to less bs from Bioptimizers trying to sell me large quantities. I have been reading that this will help with sleep and migraines. We shall see.4 stars due to powder all over capsules. Next time I will order from company. If the capsules are clean and shiny, I will report back. I know things have gotten a little shady with the supplements here. Hopefully all is well.***update***Amazing improvement in sleep. I only take one cap since I have a sensitive gi system. I have already improved my deep sleep by 30 min!!!! That is AWESOME!!!!! Changed 4 star to 5 because I'm not cranky anymore 😆

I have had issues with deep sleep for years. 50 minutes a night at best and 0 at worst. Wild swings every night. I lived my life constantly tired. I have tried virtually everything. Sleeping pills, natural supplements, CBD, CBN, etc. In just two nights I hit 120 minutes of deep sleep with these. They work and they work well. Make sure you don't take them too late or they will make you feel groggy in the morning.

It's amazing! I have have only used it two night in a row, but I am a terrible sleeper and I slept through the night two nights in a row and usually that only happens once a month and only after being totally wiped out. The best part is i am not tired in the morning.
