It’s long and can be used anywhere you have those stubborn knots. Comes in a black bag. I would consider buying a massage oil because you will need it. Great price! It’s a must purchase!

It has good weight, it is very smooth with no rough edges, it is comfortable to hold and use. I primarily use on my calves, and it has been very effective. Tip, rub massage cream or light layer of petroleum jelly on the skin to aid in a smooth glide - while you are "scraping" the muscles and such, you don't want to literally scape the skin. These topical creams will aid in the device's effectiveness.
