I got two of these cameras because I plan to go out on a trip soon and I have a pet cat. Since I’ll be out for a week, I wanted something to keep an eye on her while also communicating with her. One thing I love is how easy the set up was right out of the box and the quality of the camera is better than other products I have before! The HD picture quality is satisfying to me, the camera isn’t fuzzy, I love how it can rotate to get fuller view, and the storage capacity is pretty decent. I also love how the design of the camera looks! It’s so cute. 10/10 satisfied with my purchase !

I bought this camera because I wanted to make sure my kitty was OK while I was at work. The camera has exceeded all expectations.The picture is incredibly clear even in night vision. The audio is perfect. I love the motion tracking feature, too.I love this camera so much that I persuaded my father to get one too. I highly reccomend this product to anyone needing a quality monitoring camera as it is the best price for this quality.

Update:I purchased this item recently. The CS was acceptable at the time but now I have an issue and have had no response to my request for assistance for several days. I don't do this but I must say that I am changing my rating from a 5 to a 2. My son's bought me 2 more cameras and the issue is the same on them as well. It says you can mount the device but it does not work. They requested that I send a video of what the problem was so they could see it but no response since last week. I'm done.Excellent product! Excellent Customer Service! Recommend to anyone. I use it to monitor my 91 year old mother who lives with me. I plan on purchasing some more to put in other rooms in my house. I purchased 1 to see how it worked. Since satisfied I Wil get more. (I can also monitor my shi tzu pup and siamese cat).

I've had this for a few months now. I use it to keep an eye on cat litter box behavior (helicopter cat mom) and it's taken a bit to get the settings right. Set to motion only I missed a lot because it stops recording after 10ish seconds if the movement stops. The app took a little getting used to, which is probably user error. But the customer support is some of the most helpful and responsive I've encountered. They typically get back within 24 hours and will include screenshots, alternative suggestions, and other tips. They've been patient with me while I've figured out how to make the camera work for my needs.The camera itself is good quality. Good zoom and nighttime images. Easy peasy setup. The tracking is smooth, though I don't use it. And it works with 5ghz wifi! I landed on this particular camera because my previous wyze no longer functioned with upgraded internet, no matter what I tried. And for the price, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Don't be afraid to reach out to support on the Vimtag application before you give up on it if at first you don't succeed. :)

I wanted to be able to 'check in' on our dog when we're not around. He usually hangs out in my study, so I tried using my computer webcam at first. That became problematic, so I looked for an inexpensive stand-alone camera. When I saw this, I thought I'd give it a try. We've been very happy with it. Every time we pull it up it comes up quickly, and the picture quality is very good. The pan/tilt work (though I don't have to do that much). The zoom seems to be all digital, but the resolution is high enough that the image quality is still acceptable when zooming.

This camera is great! I needed something to take on vacation to keep in the hotel room to watch over our 2 puppies. It’s great because it can spin 360 so it’s full coverage. Picture quality is great, you can speak through the camera as well. I love this because there’s no subscription needed either. It was easy to set up. Would recommend!

Am pleased with the camera. It has a nice clear picture & I'm able to communicate with my pet. It was easy to set up. Great price and As a bonus, there was an extended 2 year warranty on this purchase.

This camera is great quality and a good value. I purchased to keep an eye on my dogs when I'm not home and it did not disappoint. The picture is clear with great zoom. Settings can be customized also. Very easy to add additional cameras and see them on one simple to use app.
