I Love this Apple Corer. It is so easy to use and clean. I also use it on my pears. I give this product from 1 to 10 a big 10.

This is a valuable tool for the kitchen. It is far away superior to the corers available in stores which have a deficient design that is to blame for their fast failure in torsional shear.

Item: Vakoo Apple CorerPrice: $8.98 at time of review on 12 17 22Being a lover of peanut butter on apple slices, over the years I’ve become quite the expert in cleaning, cutting in half and coring and removing the steam and end areas of the apples prior to cutting them into ‘slices’ whereby I can do a ‘dip and drag’ through my crunchy peanut butter.The issue for me has always been removal of the core and ends of the apple. So therein will you find my joy in now having a tool that makes all that a moot point. No need to go through the frustration of having to manually core the apple, which, done manually, isn't very efficient anyway.As a companion device to the corer, I’ll add that a couple months back I reviewed an apple skinning machine, which accommodated my wife’s request that I remove the skin. I actually like the skin for its texture. So bringing in the Vakoo corer as a companion device was a natural. Both devices, in-concert, have sped up the 'prep' process quite a bit. Just as you’ll see in the vendor video, this tool is quick and complete. And I’ll add that I did not expect it to be as ‘rigid’ and as well built as it is. Overall it pretty much performed as I’d wanted; a winner kitchen tool for us.

I really like this apple corer. It cuts down on the work of cleaning and apple and is super easy to use. The fact that it hinges open to allow quick removal of the core is a great feature I had not seen on other corers. It is also very easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good kitchen tool for coring apples.

The Apple Corer from Vakoo is a very sturdy easy to use and even easier to clean tool. The corer has a stainless steel coring section with a plastic handle. There are no loose parts, and everything seem sturdy. I cored about 12 apples and all came out perfect. The teeth are sharp and the spring loaded lever is a great feature for easy core removal.

This is a very useful kitchen gadget. The apple corer can easily and quickly take the core out of an apple. All you need to do is to insert the corer in the center of the apple where the core is and twist at the same time. Then you can take it out and the core has been completely removed from the apple. The apple corer is made from stainless steel, and it is very durable. It is also easy to clean. You just need to open the shaft, throw the core away, and rinse the corer in the running water. I like this tool and highly recommend it!
