These lights aren't as fancy as some of the others that are on the market, but they fit my needs perfectly. It was nice to have the cigarette lighter to check function, but when it came time for final installation I rewired it to work with a built in switch in my dash. The lights are bright and fun to have on. The music sync works well. I chose the light set without the phone app on purpose. The remote woks well for my purpose, but I don't recommend trying to use it while driving, just as I wouldn't recommend using the phone app while driving either. Unfortunately, they way the dome lights are wired in my truck, I was not able to take advantage the automatic door lighting.

Opt7 is by far the very best Lighting out there for anything you want light up, Opt7 is all I run on my Lifted 08 F350, because of these lights my truck looks like something strait out of Magazine. I have the cleanest Truck around my town hands down. I have been buying Opt7 Lights for years and they have all held up and worked perfectly as they should, I am telling you there is no better product out there as far as durability, Quality, and Performance, there made so we'll and out of all the brands I have seen Opt7 is by far the brightest, let me save you time amd money by helping you make the right decision now by buying these products AMD saving your self time and grief or disappointment by buying other brands, take a look at the pics I added to this review, pictures look great but still they dont compare to how bringht and grewat these lights actually are.

I LOVE these and this set is the 2nd I've bought.Every car I buy will now have these.I don't care about the music sync or door features in the much more expensive set.Very easy to install. Bright as heck, or dim and barely noticeable. Easy switch-button is right on the lighter socket plug.Great colors and they're built very sturdily.

The 3M adhesive tape was no good, I had to replace it with new 3M tape, other than that this is a nice kit. Very easy to install and I like all the different modes the remote has. Would recommend.

ok so I had heard good things about OPT7 so I decided to buy these lights(they were on sale) got these in yesterday soon as they came in I went to install them..went ahead and plugged them in they worked for a bit then turned off(light would not come on on cig-plug adapter) come to find out a fuse blew because of the way they left the wiring in one of the strips(went ahead and fixed the wires, installed lights again to test later on that night) so I had to buy a new fuse..went through all the colors last night tried to set it on blue and dim it, only to find out that the remote battery had died(or so I thought) so I bought a new battery that did not work..come to find out the battery worked fine and I had the Infra-red remote tested the remote is fine the Infra-red part of the lights just stopped working. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS BRAND AGAIN!
