I can't afford to put a rack on my cruiser bike and up until now, only had a little basket to haul back goods. However, by then any food or groceries I would have would get shaken up or become warm! With this backpack I can get groceries that stay nice and insulated until I get home. This bad boy can fit so much in it!! I love it so much, super useful and durable!! And food stays nice and flat and hot if you're getting takeout! It also weighs like nothing on your back when its empty. Also it has TWO cupholders that tighten so nothing flies out. 10/10 would recommend for courier needs.

When I was doing Uber Eats on my bike, this was a lifesaver. Now I use it for grocery shopping. It's a good size (Perfect for fast food bags) and the cup holders helped keep drinks from spilling. I wish it had more support on the bottom (It has a habit of folding in on itself). Other than that it's fine.

I purchased this bag, because I wanted something bigger than the provided DoorDash bag. I deliver for multiple carriers, so I wanted something unbranded.The first thing I noticed about this bag was how roomy it is. It fits a lot of food in it. It also has cup holder pockets on both sides, with elastics to secure drinks easily. It also has several other pockets for flatware, straws, etc. It's set up like a backpack, so I can easily carry it on my back. I'm currently pregnant, so I appreciate that feature more than ever.I had a delivery that ended up being an 11-mile trip to the customer's home. The food stayed quite hot in this bag, and it didn't spill at all, even the drink.I definitely recommend this for GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEATS, etc. Especially if you deliver for more than one.

Bought for food deliveries. Whether I had it over my shoulder when riding my bike or in the car to help organized orders and food this bag handles it all.

The cheapest bike delivery bag and it works great. I've done 10-20 deliveries and most deliveries fit and stay hot. Pizzas obviously don't fit. If you still want to do those orders, you can fit the pizza box in vertically, zip the top if possible, then carry the bag with the front velcro pocket at 180°, biking with one hand. I've done one pizza order this way and made a great tip. Drinks also tend to leak in the side pocket. Ask for a drink carrier and fit drinks in the main pocket if you can. A great bargain!

Although the description doesn’t claim to be either of the items in my title, I would think that delivery bags would have these features.I deliver on scooter and bike. In both instances, I can feel the very noticeable sagging of the backpack because the bottom has no support whatsoever. On top of that, I once delivered a bunch of boba tea in regular plastic cups with lids (no typical boba tea seal on the cups) and the contents leaked out of the bag onto the apartment floor where I was delivering.To fix the issues, I set a base and (2) walls of hard cardboard on top of some napkins. It does the job but still sags. I’m thinking of tying a string onto the top edge opposite the backpack straps and tying it to the carry-loop to straighten out the dishes and drinks.Either way, I won’t rate this item lower because it gets the job done, literally. The backpack paid for itself in less than 3 hours, so I’m happy with it.

For two months, I’ve done countless Uber eats deliveries with this bag and it has been very reliable. The food stays hot and I’ve seen no flaws on the bag yet. I love how it has bottle holders on the side which is very useful at times. My only complaint is that I wish the bottom of the bag was more sturdy but it hasn’t been a deal breaker. Overall, a great product for a great price

Seemed like a good value purchase at first. Solid little delivery bag at a reasonable price. Not the sturdiest, a bit flimsy, but got the job done. Over the next 2 months the frame of the bag deteriorated and both zippers broke, making the bag useless. Disappointing purchase in the end.

It looks strong but it's not really good quality. One point good is light weight and completely waterproof. But won't last long.

it's very compact and doesn't look ridiculously big on your back I use it on my push bike and do lots of deliverys with it would recommend
