hard drive crashed today. Just as the warranty period expired. Hard drive is 5 years old, so the refurbishing wasn't so complete.

So far its ok: Update Returned 2*
Just received today, I recorded myself opening the box since there are a couple reviews stating damage. Sure enough mine had some as well. Seems to be working properly but this damage to mine is pre shipping as the boxes were in great shape. Also doesn't have Wi-Fi built in, not 100% of that was in the description but Ethernet only unless you have an adapter you purchase yourself. Ended up returning the product after I was willing to deal with the cosmetic issues, I tried playing a CD/dvd/blank CD and none would even register with the device. That was the final point where return was necessary. So after all of this my refund was very fast and upped the stars to 2 because I respect the fast service very much. Thank you

Arrived damaged
Can't tell yet if the computer lives up to expectations or not. The mouse that it came with looks like it was run over by a bus. All the items were loose in the box and small, fragile item(s) we're pummeled.

motherboard last only 6 month
I used the computer for my normal office work , not even on a daily base. I got it checked and the motherboard is gone. I am very disapointed
