For pro can't communicate directly with mobile or gopro
Great gimbal for gopro and mobile but it function as a gimbal all the features of timelapse, motion ,and panorama will not work with gopro or mobile phone ,you'll need to activate them directly from the device ,You will be able to do a video panoramaAnyway its a semi pro gimbal smaller than dji miniIt will be best for phones with rig and extras and gopro ,and small mirrorless with small lenses

Outstanding Stabilizer for Vlog and easy to use for small mirrorless camera
The media could not be loaded. I am a photographer who likes to travel, so I like light-weight equipment, which is easy to carry on with my backpack. I usually use Sony A7C as main camera. After using Zhiyun Crane M3 for a long time, I can share a few comments with those who are interested in buying this stabilizer, because there are many different types for clients to choose from on the market. I personally think it feels good to use.Let me start with it's cons. If you are considering to buy Crane M3 even after know it has few cons, if you using small mirror camera with light prime lens, I still think you can accept it. Basically all my lenses are light weight prime lenses. Although Zhiyun Crane M3 recognised as it can afford Full-Frame Camera, but I believe that bigger size camera with lens which over 2 to 3 lb may not fit it on this stabilizer.Honestly, I didn't expect Zhiyun Crane M3 will be much lighter, I like the white color body really attractive to me. It also came with built-in-Dual color LED light, sometime you may need it for low light situation. Also, it has an auto calibration function in the M3, you don't need prefect balance. I really like the controls of it, it has an easy to use touch screen. The control stick and focus ring, they are pretty smooth. I didn't expect it would have such good controls. Compared to the last generation, it has improved a lot.Overall, Zhiyun Crane M3 may not a perfect product, but I can see that more possibilities and development space of a stabilizer. If you do vlog a lot , M3 could be a good option for you.Good luck and enjoy it.

Cable control issue
So first off. I'm a horror content creator. I do filming for a haunted attraction. The gimbal does an amazing job at stabilizing the camera. Especially when the actors give chase to the customers as I'm catching their reactions the footage looks a whole lot better. But I cannot get my Sony ZV-1 to recognize the Crane M3 using the control cable. I've gone through all of the settings on the ZV-1 and had no luck. The gimbals firmware is fully updated. But I would really like to use the cable control so that I can also use the reverse charging.

Sony a6600 camera and Sony E 16-55 f 2.8 G
I am returning this and instead will buy Weebill 3 from ZhyiunPros of this gimbal:- it looks BEAUTIFUL! The white, the design, specially when it’s on because the Crane M3 logo has a light that turns on- motors are really good.CON:- it is able to balance a Sony a6600 and Sony 10-18mm lens plus a rode microphone on top of the camera.DOES NOT balance a Sony a6600 camera and Sony E 16-55 f 2.8 G (even though the compatibility list from Zhyiun says it does). The issue is:The back arm (where the crane m3 logo is) hits the back of the a6600, and the plate for the balance doesn’t go further back enough that I could balance the a6600 with the 16-55 since there is a lot of weight in the front, making the camera tilt forward. The weebill 3 has a larger space between the back arm and the plate where the camera goes, plus it gives flexibility for larger set ups in case I upgrade my a6600 in the future.

If you have a Mirrorless camera, you need this in your life.
If you have a mirrorless camera, you need this in your life. I have a video I will upload once amazon sorts out why its not allowing me to post videos.I have many gimbals, and this so far tops them in terms of features/weight handling and size.To give a basis. The setup on it now is a Sony A7RIV with a smallrig cage and a 30mm Sigma lens. I did attempt to balance a zoom lens, but at full zoom it did outweight what the motors can handle. But for the size of this, Im not mad. It is an extremely heavy and top heavy setupSo lets just hop to the pros and cons.PROS:* Small! Easy to carry and nice ergonomic grip* The controls are self explanatory* Its very lightweight and easy to carry.* The built in light deserves its own review. Its attached tot he gimbal, and there is a dial to adjust the brightness and the hue. Never saw anything like this on a gimbal. It saves me a lot of time carrying an extra light around* balancing is super easy.* It does carry a beefy setup camera wise* Connecting to the camera was easy.* Their app offers more options on top of whats already on the gimbal itself.* Its nice to have a different colored gimbal, love the white colorCons* The only con would be that the camera setup and the zoom sigma 24-70mm was a little to much for it. But at the same time, that is expecting ALOT from a compact gimbal like this. So sort of a con, but manageable
