Q: How to fix the Red and green light on receiver is flashing at the same time. It Keeps autofocusing when attached to camera, thus unusable.

Focus your camera then switch to manual focus. It will not then be able to re-focus when remotely triggered.

Q: How do I troubleshoot the receiver? Gree and red light keeps flashing when turned on. I need help.

Hi,could you please check the channel? Please make sure the channel of the receiver and transmitter are the same and it could work. After the transmitter and receiver are matched,usually the (green) light bulb of them will light up.

Q: Why does it not work on nikon d7100

Hello, Could you please check the following settings? 1.Install the battery to the receiver and transmitter,and make sure it could work normally. 2.Set the receiver and transmitter to the same channel.Usually the channel is already matched when you receive the package, so you can use it directly and don’t need to set it up, but if you reset the channel, make sure they are the same. 3.If the above steps are all right, you could press the shutter button on the transmitter, the indicators on the transmitter and receiver will light up; If not, please check if the above steps are set incorrectly. 4.After the transmitter and receiver are matched, connect the receiver to the camera through the camera conneting cable in the package, then set the transmitter to the working mode you want, and finally press the shutter button to take a wireless photo.
