My husband purchased these as he is trying to get healthier and get the correct vitamins as he ages. He is only 45, but he thought this would be a good fit. Instead, he said that at full dose, it made his heart race and gave him a feeling on edge. He cut the dose in half, but still didn't feel comfortable taking them after he didn't feel the best, so he stopped altogether. The vitamins themself looked to be a reasonable size and so were easy to swallow, and they had an impressive list of vitamins, but it just didn't work for him.
