First, we sent back the box spring because it made the bed about 4ft high. Unopened. They refused to refund. Within 3 months the mattress started sinking in the center. We’ve used plywood to make sure it’s not the frame. My lower back started to hurt, hip pain, then shoulders and upper back, finally now knee pain. Restlessness, my oura ring shows that I lose 2-3 hours of sleep a night. Save your money. This is garbage and the seller knows it, therefore unwilling to refund.

I didn't realize how tall the bed would be. I should have ordered shorter boxsprings. I'm concerned about the edge breaking down from me sitting on it to get in bed. Also a little concerned about sagging but will for sure be turning it often. It is much better than the Sleep Number bed we had however.

When I purchased this mattress I gave it a 5 star review. However, over the course of 2 years it seems like the 'memory foam' pillow top retained too much memory and gradually became 2 depressions of where our bodies sleep. Now after 5 years its as if the pillow top doesn't exist. If I lay on my stomach, I can feel the springs of the mattress on my ribs. The typical mattress lasts 7-10 years, it's hard to believe that for what this one cost that 5 years is max. What a disappointment.

Bought the Heavenly Bed mattress after enjoying a Westin hotel. Initially happy but it sagged and soften. After 12 years, we changed to Aireloom and never been happier. We find Aireloom is a substantially heavier mattress with no movement transfer & provides the best peaceful, comfortable sleep we've found.

We’ve owned a Cal King Westin Heavenly mattress and box spring for seven years. I previously owned a Sleep Number Queen sized mattress and matching box which was great for just me but when we married, we wanted a King size. My husband is a big guy, tall and weighs about 265, whereas I’m small and short. We were walking through Nordstrom, and on their second floor we stumbled upon the Westin Heavenly mattress. We both immediately lay down on it and were quite impressed with it, and surprised at how quickly we were both sure that this was the mattress for us. It’s been seven years now, and this mattress has held up beautifully. No sagging, no troughing, no signs of wear. It has always been on the firm side, which we love, but it has a pillow top that gives you that immediate feeling of softness while the mattress itself is still supportive. What’s also important is the fact that we’ve never for a moment experienced buyer’s regret. We’ve enjoyed many great nights of sleep right from the beginning. We highly recommend this mattress if you want a firm, comfortable, and long-wearing mattress.

This mattress is the worst I have ever owned. Purchased it after spending the night in one of their hotels, NOT even close to the same comfort. Ended up after about 7 months having someone come out to inspect for defects. Had the mattress replaced, Not even close to the comfort of the hotel mattress, AND completely different mattress from the first one. It's been about 6 months, SUCKS once again. I wake up everyday with a back ache. Bought a mattress from bjs $199, box $99....best nights sleep in awhile. OH....The best....Same exact thing happened to my sister. She bought, they came to inspect, replaced with a different from the first mattress, it still sucks. I guess we should've listened to the family friend who had bought one and said it sucked. 3 out of 3 hated it.

This is not the Westin heavenly they use at hotels, even though they market it as such. The mattress started sagging after 3 months and gave me severe back pain. I had to move it into the guest room which we were using as an office and just sleep on the couch. As I was moving it I noticed the entire mattress cratering to one side. I’ve never seen this before in any of my mattresses. Prior to this I owned a saatva for over 7 years and it still looked brand new on the day I gave it away to replace it with what I thought was going to be an upgrade. This bed is a piece of garbage.
