When I feel stress and anxiety it turns my intestines into non-solids. Since starting this I've noticed a reduction in my bathroom trips. Anything that can help me with that is a winner in my book. I’ve been adding this to my smoothies. I purchased this to help with leaky gut. When mixed with my smoothies, there is no taste. This product has many heath benefits. I took away a star due to the high cost. I’m not sure if I would pay to use this every day. Overall, it’s a good addition to my diet but I probably wouldn’t buy it for everyday use.

I didn’t realize how big this would be! My goodness... anyway.. I love the flavor of this powder. Ive mixed it into my coffee, but it’s better when blended into a smoothie. I was using it for a week straight, but I had to slow down because I started feeling a little bloated. I will continue to use this but I will use less and work my way up to the full serving because I still want the benefits this product offers.

This was recommended to me by a friend and I do have digestive and immune issues. I decided to give it a try after doing little bit of research. Description mentioned colostrum which is suppose to help with immunity. So far I have used it for 3-4 days and I can see some improvement in digestion. Taste is fine by me and I am mixing it with my smoothie
