I have been having trouble sleeping recently. It could be do to stress, not really sure but thought this would help. Directions say to take 2 capsules 30 mins before bedtime.Day 1: I took 2 capsules and I did not lie down right away but was busy doing stuff and playing game on my phone. I finally fell asleep about 4 hours later, but I did not stay asleep. I felt like I slept good for the time that I was asleep, but the next morning my energy was low.Day 2: I took the 2 capsules and this time I went to bed. I was asleep about an hour later and very relaxed. I slept good, but I only slept a few hours. Again I felt low energy the following morning.Day 3. I actually skipped taking them and again I awakened again in the middle of the night.It seems as if they are working to relax you, but if you are looking to sleep throughout the night that probably won't happen. I am going to try taking just one capsule tonight and see what happens.

This is great, is awesome, and I recommend it. It really helps to sleep good all night.
