Q: I'm not sure how to contact the seller but I ordered a size 10 and they delivered a size 7. I also ordered 7 rings and they sent me 4

Go to your Amazon account, under Orders and click on "Get Help" and you should be able to send a message to the seller. I also only received 4 rings when I thought I was ordering 7, but for the price, I didn't contact them. Good luck!

The info is inside the package and they replaced it very quickly and without any hassle for me
