This puzzle looked great when it arrived. The colors were vibrant, my photo was excellently reproduced, and they even included a small print of my photo. Great Job! The puzzle pieces were rather small. Was bought as a gift and the receiver loved it. However, since it came assembled, they decided to not take it apart and to frame it since since they did not want to risk losing any of the puzzle pieces.

If you get one that's printed properly, this is a halfway-decent puzzle. It's real wood. The pieces fit together very tightly (NOT fun to take back apart if that's your plan). A couple of them had the top layer separating just a bit on the points but not horrible and not noticeable once it's in a frame. However, the wood they're made from warped pretty badly in a few places, so some pieces are cupped or dished and were difficult to put together. A couple of them were bad enough that I very gently broke them (just the board underneath, didn't break the plastic-y layer with the image) so they would lay flat to frame. The top is also VERY glossy, which may or may not be a positive depending on your preference. I personally dislike the glare from that kind of surface.So why did I take off 2 stars? I submitted an image of a painting that I wanted to frame and hang next to a similar puzzle. The image I uploaded had the horse's nose a good 2-3" (at that size) from the edge, yet the puzzle I received had the nose cut off on the side of the puzzle. The image on the box doesn't even match the puzzle pieces, because the box shows it just barely touching the side and the puzzle has it cut off by about a half inch. If you're uploading family photos, especially a collage or anything with important parts of the image near the edge, this could result in your family members' pictures being cut off, or just being badly off-center if you're nitpicky about proper image framing. The seller shipped a replacement but since they're in China it took weeks to receive between processing and shipping time. Thankfully the new one is accurate and worked out.I'll buy from a different seller if I ever want anything like this in the future.

I received more than what I was expecting. The picture I choose to be put on the puzzle was also on the cover of the box making the box itself unique. There was also a poster size picture of what I wanted on the puzzle. To me that was 2 for the price of one. The puzzle pieces are thick not flimsy. I am going to put this puzzle together and then glue it so I can give it as a Christmas gift to a friend. I know they are going to love it. I highly recommend this product. For the price and you can use any picture of your choosing. I will be back to buy more.

I love my puzzles but best of all I love love love putting together puzzles with the faces of my love ones. These are not only fun to put together but when visitors come they also like to help put the pieces together. yes, fun for everyone
