I LOVE these bulbs!
I have now bought 6 of these light bulbs and cannot be happier. I have 14 canned light fixtures on a large covered porch and intend on putting these bulbs in all 14 of them. Due to the expense, I buy two per month. I LOVE them! They have solved a few problems for me. First, they can be independently controlled, or controlled as a group. I can dim each area of my porch with the appropriate amount of light, without having to add any sort of dimmer switches, etc... I have experienced none of the problems described in other posts. I have found that they connect to the app easily and have worked flawlessly. The colors are awesome and we have found that insects are not attracted to a shade of light pink. The app has a few quirks, but nothing that can't be figured out by playing with the lights. I highly recommend these.

I wanted to love these bulbs
I wanted to love these bulbs. Have down lighting in my soffits (old can lights and they easily fit) and decided to go to the expense ($$) of buying these instead of changing colored bulbs every season. Bought 6 of them and pairing required me to restart the app several times and even changing the color of one of them.(odd) They are not wireless but Bluetooth which I knew going in. Not going to work with rest of our Smarthome equipment which really sucks. The app is what caused the low ratings. Just not very intuitive but it works. The app should be better at this price point. Gonna keep because they are bright, they are rated for outdoors and in long run will save us money and trips up and down the ladder. Hope they last a while and the app gets better.

I never write reviews for products because I am usually happy with the results. In this case the product worked for the 1st month then suddenly stopped responding to the app instructions. I followed the instructions to reset the bulbs but pairing the bulbs will not work. Now I have a very expensive set of bright white spotlights. A product that costs this much should not be so difficult to operate. I have tried re-installing the app but that did not work. Attempted to reset the bulbs but that did not work. I would have returned for a refund but threw away the original packaging. Buyer beware.

Cons - Uses Bluetooth Application sucks! A joke
Pros -Bright, crisp, vibrant colors and light.Solid construction.Cons -Uses Bluetooth.Application sucks! A joke!! Connection is extremely unreliable on my iPhone X. Constantly needs to be reset for reach use.Scheduling and other application features are limited and totally unreliable and unusable.Hardware is awesome but it ends there. The app is a genuine pain in the ***. I would have returned the 10 bulbs I purchased but these are the only 1,000 lumens instruments I could find. This product is definitely not ready for prime time. Operates like it is still in beta. These bulbs would be a fantastic product if they operated as reliably as my Hue products. I made a sizable investment in these lights but regrettably I will replace them if I ever come across a reliable "wifi" flood.

Can't do the one thing I need it to do
UPDATE: I got an alert to update my firmware and it seems to have worked. It's definitely not as responsive as my hue bulbs but if the timers work, that's all I care about.All I need is to schedule it and it won't even do that. Says it requires a firmware update but then it says that all devices are up to date.

Not weatherproof after 3 months
Theee bulbs are not outdoor caliber. I have them in the garden and they can’t withstand neither sun nor rain - within 6 months they are no longer functioning. To lost the ability to use the full RGB functionality losing one of the colors and the other two plainout died completely. Unfortunately this is the only product on the market for outside LED and color that even make sense to consider. It’s time for competition to step up.

This is obnoxious. I rarely write reviews but this has not worked correctly since day one. I cannot get the correct schedule to work consistently. I have tried several times to restart it, but with no avail, it stays on. Ughhhh. I bought two other lights that are Wi-Fi and much cheaper and I have no problems with them.
