I thought maybe the brown rub marks came from the packaging, then noticed the cup holder scratched pretty deep. I’m not sure this was a new product and it was billed as such. It won’t effect the products ability as I’m using it to refinish a floor, but new should be new

Great rolling seat for cleaning tires and wheels without sitting on the ground. I also use it for buffing a vehicle down low very convenient.

The seat was black not red as pictured, a minor issue. Within three hours of use, two wheels had broken. I needed for a specific project so I went to a castor distributor for replacements. As soon as I showed them the wheel, they new the exact seat. They said people come in all the time for replacements. But they had no exact replacements. I had to go with a larger castors which made it roll much better. Wish it just came with quality wheels but with some modifications, this can be a great tool.

Seat is cheap and one of the wheels was broken right out of the box. I had to put a bolt in as an axle for the wheel before I could use it. Seat was black and not red as the picture indicated. The back of the seat was scratched up and had box glue on it....

the item arrived damaged,plastic tray on one side was scrapped up.the wheels did not sit flat on the ground,had to pull seat back off after putting it together and use two pry bars to twist metal frame straight so that wheels sit flat on the ground.seat is black,not red like the picture shows.wheels are like roller blade wheels with a small contact surface that gets hung up on small shop floor debris.

I love this seat. Rolls easily and is comfortable. I have a regular mechanics seat but when you need to be low to the groundfor any length of time, this is the seat I like. A lot easier on my back.

Wheels. Broke within two days.

I bought this chair creeper for my son and he loves it. He has other creepers, but they do not provide this low level work position support. With other chairs you still need to bend and strain your back for the lowest level work. This one allows a person to use a creeper while being able to lean back as needed. This prevents sore knees. Uses it everyday! It is very convenient and comfortable and well worth the price for anyone that does any ground level work on cars, trucks or motorcycles. Also great for house painting and gardening too.
