Didn't last even two years!
Lasted not even two years before it stopped working. Did the job while it lasted but will not buy another one. That's two similar products now, the first one the rubber coating perished.

Great bit of kit!
I've always known about these devices but never really invested in one. Glad I did, why didn't I do it sooner! Downloaded the latest software and after installing found it easy to calibrate my monitor. It was quick enough in the basic setting but there are more advanced settings if that's what you need. The comparison of the before and after at the end really made me realise how off colour my monitor was, printing for exhibition, so needed to be spot on.Defiantly recommended!

Unsuitable for retina iMac displays and no help from support.
I am a professional photographer and wanted a good quality colorimeter to calibrate my 2021 24-inch 4.5K M1 iMac screen. It chose the Calibrite (Xrite) Color Checker Pro as it had excellent reviews, versatile software, was advertised as compatible with Apple silicon, and had reference to my iMac in its product support. The software installed without a hitch and the Colour Checker Pro connected to a USB-C port via an adapter cable. I selected GB-Led as per the documentation online and attempted to calibrate my screen to D65 and 120cdm2. The first calibration was painfully bright, the second invisible dark, the third uncomfortable dark, the fourth way too bright and so on. I was totally unable to obtain a suitable screen brightness. Calibrite support responded quickly and said to try White-LED as they do not actually know what the post 2021 iMac screen technology is. I tried that but still had screens that were painfully dark. I contacted support again who this time failed to reply. Searching the internet yielded no solution other than a few references to Xrite and Calibrite devices being unable to measure brightness correctly on post 2021 iMac screens.I now have a Spyder X Elite that works perfectly with my screen. If you have a 2021 iMac don’t bother with Calibrite.

Was sent a non working product
Wasn't detected in the CCprofiler app. Could tell it was a returned item as it came with the plastic cable tidy not attached to the USB cable and just sat inside the box. The box itself was also open.

Horrible to use
You need a degree to understand how to use it and even when you do the research and go through all the steps, the results across different monitors are still trash. I’ll be selling mine on ebay to an unsuspecting buyer
