note that the pincer mechanism is not working for all types of car vents (mini / land rover OK - but Polo is not) and needs to be carefully used - not to over tighten the pincer - the availability of edge on the pincer allows it to nicely holds on the blade

Fabulous product, easy to install only issue that I have is that I purchased this afew weeks ago and thought about buying another. But when I saw the price had went from £9.98 to over £30 I reconsidered. Just a little heads up as I think for this money I will be purchasing somewhere else.

It has strong magnet to hold any iPhone while car is moving, hitting the potholes, good value for the money

Great little in car charger. I tried the vent mount but it didn't feel good so went for the little adhesive ball-joint thing. My car has really limited options for good places to put accessories so ymmv.I was concerned about the metal disc rubbing on the back of my phone over time and scratching a nice crop circle into the back of it, but to be fair that doesn't seem to be an issue. Either way rather than risk it I just got a couple of little rubber feet from something else I had and stuck those on there (like 1mm thick) and that works a treat. If I had a phone case I wouldn't care at all but I run free and wild, so...The magnet is real sticky, as long as you centre the phone right it is not going anywhere no matter how hard you bump it (I've gone offroading and it's not been a problem at all). I suspect the flimsy plastic my vents are made of would break before my phone would fall off the magnet.The only downside to this thing is getting the ball into the joint to assemble it took literally my entire bodyweight, which pressing onto a bendy piece of plastic felt like either it or my fingers were going to snap, seems amazingly strong though, unlike my flimsy fingers.

The magnetic quality is okay but for extra security, I bought a case for Iphone 12 mini with an embedded magnet, the hold is now very firm. Once fitted it does restrict normal air vent movement.

Super easy to set up and I like the wireless feature, however takes ages to charge my iPhone on it while driving

Had to buy stronger adhesive tape as it fell off as soon was put on.Tried alternative fixing on vent but movement of car makes vent fins move and then so does phone!Update unfortunately holder broke, can you get replacement?
