While of course, there are children's scissors in this kit, what I'm really impressed with is the quality of the felt and the needles are no joke. If you are getting this for crafts with your kids, you'll need to handle the needles because they are super sharp.While I wouldn't outright use the thread to hold anything together because of the quality, it's still good for decorative stitches. They match each color of felt perfectly, so it's nice to have that option. Love the googily eyes, you can never have too many of those. It's actually a pretty good kit!

This is a fine set for kids crafting. You get 20 sheets of felt in 20 different colors, each about the size of a piece of paper. The felt is stiff and not very soft, but it works well for making small toys. You get 2 pairs of kids scissors that are worthless, they don't cut anything well and won't cut the felt at all. You get a bag of self stick googly eyes in various sizes. You get a small bag of polyfill, enough for a couple of small toys. You get a set of needles and a needle threader, ad you get two cards full of a variety of colors of sewing thread in small amounts. All in all it's perfect for teaching kids to sew some small projects, but the materials aren't high enough quality for much else

This is a great set. The felt is thick and really nice for sewing or gluing crafts. It is a great variety of colors and even came with some loose faux hair as well. It works really well for all kinds of crafts.
