Fantastic product - improved quality of sleep (with no groggy feelings), improved skin appearance, and better gut health! Not only do all the key ingredients deliver on the benefits, but the product tastes great & is in a convenient storage container (that I plan to repurpose into storage later).Sleep Aid Performance - I noticed an improvement to quality of sleep with NO lingering effects in the morning. Often when I take melatonin or sleep aids, I notice that I am still tired the following morning. This did NOT happen with this product, which was fantastic.Collagen - My skin already shows improvement - my skin not only feels more firm, but overall looks healthier.Digestive Enzymes - This is another beneficial aspect of the product. I have tried other Fr!ska products and been happy with the results. Like the others, I feel better when using this product and the Radiant Rest further adds the benefit of Melatonin & Collagen.

Product helps me to relax at night. It also has a nice flavor. It isn't so easy to blend. It requires a bit of patience to get it right Overall a good product.

I usually take nightly reboot from Friska at or around bed time but this has changed my bed time routine for the better! The flavor is super tasty. It has melatonin in it so it usually puts me right to sleep, but it doesn’t have a ton in there so I don’t wake up groggy. I used to put a collagen powder in my morning smoothies but this is a much easier way to get that in my diet.

Interesting blend. I was keen on trying this because I love using collagen, and I happen to also use melatonin, and then all the other stuff was bonus. I'm a sucker for beauty products, so yeh, here I am. What I didn't consider was having to drink 8 ounces of water at bed time. Not a fan of getting up in the night to use the bathroom. So that's on me that I didn't think it through. Maybe I will figure out a better way to use this. The flavor is decent, the powder mixes well (shake it!). I like the easy to use packets- no need to measure. If you aren't effected by melatonin quickly then this could be taken a couple hours ahead of time. I tend to get real sleepy within a half hour of taking melatonin- usually I take no more than 3mg which this has.Neat way to mellow out before bed, but it isnt for me. Still, 4 stars overall for a decent tasting easy to use productPS- edit to add, as I failed to notice this before.. I have tried a couple of Friska products now, and somehow I managed to miss the amount of collagen that is contained in these products. It is very low. Use this for the other part of the formula, but not as a collagen supplement as it is really low. The amount is listed as 2500 mg. Nearly all other collagen products list it as grams- so take a look, and you will typically see 10 grams, give or take a few in either direction. This has just 2 grams, and therefor just 2 grams of protein (tends to be a 1:1 ratio).

I had tried the Friska Energy and Women's Daily and I was so excited to try this before my trip! I had been looking for an "on the go" option for my work travel and I love that this comes in little tubes. The flavor is great and I have noticed that I have been sleeping better when I drink this before bed and waking up feeling great. Will be purchasing again and keeping in my travel bag/by my nightstand!

Have to get over the taste. But omg does it help with sleep. Have not noticed any collagen benefits, but will continue to use till it runs out.

Seriously taste amazing. Hint of grape... passion fruit?Works well and fast.

This product made me fall asleep peacefully, and it's helping me to wake up in the middle of the night less (something I struggle with). I love that it contains so much collagen as well--bonus!I'd say it has a pretty mild flavor, and that it dissolves fairly well in water (I use my blender bottle to shake it up, which works better than a spoon did).
