Gave me a defected piece
They delivered a defected piece, The inbuilt battery was faulty. as soon as you remove from charge the device shuts down. I got refund for product but they didn't pay me back warranty and delivery fee. Not happy

Very good product
Very useful if you have a newborn and you need to be in a different room. I haven't tested the range of it yet but it works very clearly within 2 rooms away.
