I don't usually take pre workout drinks. However, when I tried this one I saw how great it is. I only use 1 scoop and drink half of that. I leave the other half for another workout. It’s definitely strong, so if you are sensitive to pre workout drinks, take it in moderation. I hope the company never changes the recipe and keeps making it. Great job with this pre workout!!!

One of my faves
One of my favorite pre workouts. Gives a decent boost. No itching or skin crawling sensation like others. Feel that it is slightly over priced tho. Have gotten it cheaper at gnc on several occasions.

Perfect for running
I'm now on my second order of this stuff and I absolutely love it. I wake up early to run and pre workouts usually make me gittery and are just way more intense than what I need for cardio. This is similar to a strong cup of coffee without the heaviness or having to wait for it to cool down.

My "Go To" Preworkout!
The flavor is good!!! Doesn't smell that great is the ONLY thing I dont like about it. But, otherwise, it's the only preworkout that tastes good and works! I wish there were more flavors on Amazon.
