This boat was delivered promptly and packaged well in a wooden crate. Arrived in perfect condition. It was above our expectations. Don’t know when we were more pleased and excited with an order. Fit on our mantle just like we wanted!

My item arrived earlier then expected and in very good condition, I was so excited I started dismantling the wooden protective casing, making sure not to break anything, only then realized that this wasn’t the item I had ordered, now that the protective wooden casing was dismantled, I was unable to return it safely.It is beautiful and well-made, but it was like getting a new car that you wanted, but it’s the wrong color.I thank they should have made more effort to make sure the right item was sent.The photo on the left is what I ordered, and the photo on the right is what I received.

The photos in the ad simply don't do this model justice...the model wins at every angle! I still find myself staring at the fine details of the HMS Victory and imagining what it must have been like to man her decks myself! I'm also still finding tiny flakes of styro-foam packaging material clinging to tight spaces in the ship. My only advise; shop around...prices vary widely. Also, take your time un-boxing this baby and use the right tools...not doing so could harm you and/or the model. Cheers, Mike.

My model arrived well packaged considering it came all the way from Viet Nam. Very detailed and intricate rigging. The instructions for mounting the bow sprit was a little confusing but I was able to figure it out. Nice model.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and detail of this ship model. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The certificate of authenticity was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting and it is obvious when you look at the model why it would take so many hours to construct. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to someone looking for a “museum” quality model at a reasonable price.

This is a case of seeing something that is stunning at first sight but upon closer inspection a bit disappointing.The most glaring problem with the ship is that the gun ports are metal castings slipped into the cutouts. Gun ports did not have framing of any kind. Take note of the stern guns pointing straight down into the water! There is no binnacle. The ship's wheel is not under cover of the poop deck. There are no signal flag pigeonholes at the stern. The Victory had no cutter suspended at the stern of the boat. There are only two boats on the quarter deck. There should be four of varying sizes. It should have a 34 ft launch, a 32 ft barge, a 28 ft pinnace, and an 18 ft cutter. The 2 heads at the bow are in the wrong position. There should be six more open heads. There are no double-door chase ports.For the money it should be more accurate in my opinion. However, if you're not a stickler for accuracy, this ship and other ships by this company are quite beautiful.
