Really nice ladder for the price. As stated on other reviews, it is heavy, but that makes it more sturdy! My husband and I took it out immediately, and messed with the positioning capabilities. It was VERY easy to adjust. It reached our 17 ft high ceilings, and I felt comfortable when I climbed on it. Recommend highly!

Love this ladder at this price point. Well worth the price. It is a little bulking and heavy but not so much that it's nonfunctional. Overall I'd give this ladder a 9 out of 10 but when factoring in the price it's an easy 10 out of 10. I would certainly purchase another but due to it's quality in craftsmanship, I don't anticipate that will be anytime soon. Couldn't be happier.

I really looked at all the ladders that were available trying to get a taller versatile ladder. They all seemed about the same weight unless you want to spend a great deal more. The down side about this ladder is that the rungs are very small and round and I have yet to check if there is an add on to make normal rungs. The ladder is heavy but there are heavier ones being sold. There were really no instructions. I have used it as pictured and fully extended 17 ft. I almost killed my self trying to collapse it from the fully extended length - don't recommend a 5' women try to do that. It was however very sturdy. I have not spent time yet figuring out how to do the other configurations - All in all I am happy with the ladder for the price - I just need to see if they have add ons for the rungs.

Great deal and quality. I thought at this price I would be losing out on quality to comparable ladders.....Not the case att all !!! This thing is built great, looks great, feels great and functions great and at a considerable savings over werner and especially little giants. This is pretty much equal to the werner. I had a werner for 2 years before it was stolen and I wasnt expecting much for the price when I ordered this which is why I was surprised to find such an incredible value.Dont blink or think twice. Buy this.

This ladder is just as nice as a little giant ladder. They are both a bit heavy, but thats because the amount of metal required to make a 17 foot ladder. It is very versatile at several different heights and the wide base really makes you feel secure compared to a regular ladder. Love it and don't regret and would recommend any others to buy if they are in the market for a ladder. It is also very easy to use.

It's substantially heavy, not likely to buckle. The treads are a bit hard on the feet if marching up and down it a lot, so wear serious boots or work shoes.

Bought it in case I needed to replace a fire alarm battery in my bedroom. Gave it a work out for Halloween, Christmas lights and outside light fixtures too. Works perfectly. Very easy to set up and take down, once you figure it out. a week ago, lo and behold, fire alarm battery chirped, of course at 3 am. Busted out the Vulcan and in no time flat changed batter and went back to sleep. Not sure what I would have done before as my old ladder was only an 8footer.Definitely worth the money. Getting the Little giant accessory now. Hopefully it will fit.

Ladder is most versatile I have ever used. Light but strong. Be careful that you lock BOTH joints when you change the angle. Easy to change the length of the latter to its max extension. Very happy I bought this. Very happy I did not purchase an extension ladder. Extension ladders are only necessary if you need to go beyond what one of these Vulcan ladders can reach.
