I did not want to like it
I held off buying this bag due to the price and tried out two more pump bags off Amazon before finally ordering this one. I was hoping when it arrived it was not worth it and I could simply return it, but it turned out to be great. It fits my pump and flanges perfectly. It's compact but also fits a lot. I love all the pockets and have easily found uses for them. It's just a very well thought out and practical bag. So far the quality seems great and it seems a very worthwhile purchase. I EP and having a bag this perfect will make lugging my pump everywhere so much more convenient.

I'm a Big Fan!
This bag is absolutely wonderful. It goes with me everywhere and fits my Spectra S2 perfectly. It has a nice pocket on the inside that allows me to keep my work folders and planner organized and plenty of room for all my pumping accessories. The plain black is perfect for military in uniform. I prefer to use the bag as a shoulder-slung bag vs. as a backpack as I found the backpack a bit uncomfortable but that's not a big deal to me. I highly recommend this bag if you're on the hunt for a functional, high-quality breast pump bag. Thanks @SarahWells -- job well done!!

I love this bag - being able to use it as a backpack or with carrying handles makes it very versatile. I use the spectra s2 and it fits nicely in the side component for pumps. There are a couple of pockets on the inside and outsides of this bag to carry along accessories. I typically have a little insulated bag for my pumped milk, the pump parts and some misc other items. I can also fit an umbrella in there. There's a side pocket for an ipad or a smaller laptop too.Yes it is expensive, but I will continue to use this bag when I'm done breastfeeding. Since it's insulated it can carry a lunch bag and anything else I'd need to take it to use as a general purpose bag for work or as a secondary diaper bag.

NOT RETURNABLE
Ordered 2 pumping bags to see which would fit my Spectra pump best. The Sarah Wells bag is very large, which might be good for some people but is way too big for my needs. It is unstructured so it doesn't stay upright or open very well. BUT IT CAN'T BE RETURNED so don't buy it if you're not 100% sure you want it. Shocking that they don't post that clearly anywhere that it's not returnable (mine arrived less than a week ago). I was going to purchase some other Sarah Wells products but now I'm intentionally choosing other brands.

Larger than Expected
I had to return this bag, its huge! Im 5'4" and when I used this as a backpack, and it overwhelmed my frame. Perhaps adding a photo with a model will solve this dilemma, because its difficult to gauge scale without a comparative reference. The material for the bag was a loud and crinkly nylon that looks naturally wrinkled. Otherwise the hardware and zippers looked durable, and it was spacious with lots of pockets for organization.

not for me
This bag is nice because it's one of the few breast pump bag's that is backpack style, but the interior was so childish looking I had to return it. I ultimately went with the Charlie G New Yorker Bag because that was the perfect size for me to take to work with the breast pump, all the accessories (cooler, etc), my laptop and my lunch tote all in one bag. I also loved the Jay Elle because it comes with a cooler, wet/dry bag and such but the Charlie G was bigger and I'd rather take 1 bag to work, then 3 separate ones :)

Great breast pump bag. Feels compact but can hold a lot.
I've had this bag for about 3-4 weeks now and I take it to work everyday. So far, it's working out well for me. I also took it on the plane for a one-day trip, 3 hrs each way. Both flights were at times I would have normally nursed or pumped, and the bag worked out perfectly for pumping on the plane! (I also have a really quiet pump so that helped.) The bag fit just fine under the middle and window seat; it didn't fit under the aisle seat.Things I like:- overall shape and size; it's compact but still holds A LOT.- main compartment can hold an insulated bottle bag and breast pump parts with plenty of room to spare. I often include an ample lunch and snacks for the day, and my pumping bra. I sometimes put my laptop in the provided laptop sleeve but only when I need to work while I pump (which I do in the mother's room on a completely different floor of the building I work in).- side pocket for pump is very generous. I can fit my Spectra 1 and keep the tubes and valves plugged in which is very convenient. I don't have to take the pump out of the bag at all to use it. (This feature was great on the plane.)- adequate number of outside and inside pockets to hold breast pads, breast milk storage bags, adapter, wallet, keys, etc.- good sized side pocket to hold water bottle with a zipper to adjust the size of the pocket- black color is very discreet; unless you're a nursing mom you wouldn't know that it's a breast pump bag. What I don't like:- the straps/handles: I wish they were a little longer. They often slip off my shoulder and down my arm, especially when the bag is full in the morning. I wish they were made out of a different material and/or had padding for the shoulders.- the backpack straps: not sure how to explain it but wearing this bag as a backpack just feels really odd whether wearing both straps or just one. Luckily they can be tucked away.- very minor since it doesn't affect functionality of the bag, but I don't care for the inner lining. The fuschia color and stars are too kid-like for my liking.Overall, everything about the bag is worthy of five stars except for the straps. The straps are why I'm rating this bag with four stars.
