Shoulder straps dig in on me but still working out bugs

This is my first SOG backpack but not my last! I have several Maxpedition and for a more urban environment I like the sog better. For camping I'll stick with the maxpedition (1,000d vs 500d). It turned out bigger than I thought it would be so I'll use it as a weekend and overnight bag. The quality is great, sticked well, good zippers and pulls. The only negative thing would be if your using this primarily as a duffle bag, (the shoulder straps tuck away) you'll find the handle on top to be pretty small. I could barely fit my hand in. Also the padding in the handle is minimal. it seems like it was added last minute. Since I'll be using this mostly as a backpack It doesn't bother me enough to return it. My next SOG will be the 24 liter.

This is an AWESOME pack. Not to mention all the features, it is stitched to perfection. And has amazing overall quality. I do wish it came in camo colors, but it’s really a great buy - love the hardshell covered compartment on top and I easily fit my 17” laptop and all my other gear in it easily (with room to spare). Really like how the backpacking waist and shoulder straps can be tucked away and you can carry it like a duffel bag. Great product. Awesome Buy!

Missing daisy chain accessory.

Great pack. It is the perfect size for short expeditions, from day hikes to a week depending on how much you like to rough it. Plenty of room for anything I need to use, and the side expanders that can carry a jacket to a rifle is a nice touch.All in all a very well thought out pack. I did plenty of research before choosing to buy this particular one, as it suits my specific needs. I have not owned it long enough to comment on durability, but it seems to be made tough.

This backpack is perfect for hiking. It has so many pockets to carry everything and a lot of space. I don't think it it that great for traveling because this pack is mostly used for hunting or hiking so keep that in mind. It's more of like a one to two day backpack so if you're trying to pack a lot clothes it will take up too much space other than that it's a great pack. Worth the money

I collect backpacks. I use them to keep organized for sports and travel. This a great day bag. Excellent quality. Fits well on the back.The only thing that needs improvement is the zipper pulls. The strings are easily worn.

Took a chance on this bag and couldn’t be happier. Perfect size for a weeks trip if you pack light and best of all it can be used/carried as a duffel bag. The material is solid and the layout of the bag is functional and well thought out.
