Q: Anyone used these long enough to clean them a couple times? How are they working?

Poolpure filters use Trilobal Fabric as the filtration cloth. Some good brands such as Unicel, Filbur are using the same type of Trilobal Fabric, which is the best fabric in the market. Under regular cleaning, such as cleaning per 1-2 months, the filter can be used for 1-2 years. If it can not be used for at least 1 year based on regular cleaning and correct use, please come back to us, we will refund you or offer the new filter to you as you wish.

Q: How many cartridges do you get with this order? The picture shows two.

I thought it was only one so I ordered two. But I ended up with 4. There are two per order.

Q: How do you measure if this filter can fit a spa?

You can measure the filter by following the steps as below: 1. Measure the outside diameter of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16) 2. Measure the overall length of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16), including the end caps. Do not include any handles, strings, etc. A more accurate measurement is made by measuring through the center of the cartridge when possible. 3. If the top and/or bottom is open, measure the inside diameter of the opening (+/- 1/16 inch). If the end cap is closed make note of its identifying features (i.e.“Handle”, “Cone”, etc.). 4. Make note of the manufacturer (OEM) and model number of the filter into which the replacement cartridge will be installed. 5. Take note whether or not there is a center core (ABS pipe in center).
